• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Rooms are double occupancy – 1 extra adult is $50 per night. No more than 3 adults per room
•Smoking is NOT allowed other than in designated outdoor areas.
• Candles and Diffusers are NOT allowed.
• Guests are responsible for missing items from the room and will be charged for full replacement value.
• Guests are responsible for damage done in the room and will be charged full restoration cost plus any lost revenue from being unable to rent the room. Includes damages occurred from smoking.
• Must be 21 or older to book accommodations.
• All prices are in $US • Current tax rates will be added to all overnight accommodations
• No Pets – except required by law • Breakfast is included in room rate
• Only one discount or promotion may be applied for reservations – some reservations are not eligible for discount.
• Your payment, cancellation and modification policies are determined by the rate plan you choose. If you reserved through a 3rd party booking agent they own the reservation and their terms and conditions apply
• We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards.
• A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation. Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
• Reservations blocked for special events may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Reservations for groups of 4 rooms and above please email info@greenwooeplantation.com
• Cancellation Requests 48 hours prior to the arrival date are accepted without penalty.
• No shows are charged the total price to the payment method on file.
• Cancellations and modifications made by you are not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation by us either via telephone or email.
• Pilcher Plantations, LLC does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest
By proceeding with reservations, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by Pilcher Plantations, your stay subsequently shall be subject to Pilcher Plantations, LLC standard terms and conditions of stay. Pilcher Plantations, LLC may at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if it is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete. Pilcher Plantations, LLC shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or change these terms.
